Such a beautiful atmosphere and delicious food! My go to for a Friday evening. Everything was fresh and flavorful. William was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service all around. I highly recommend!

If you are looking for an exceptional dining experience in Ellicott City, The Mint Room is THE place to go. It exceeds every expectation. From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in a beautifully relaxing atmosphere and wonderful aroma that set the perfect tone for our evening. What truly set this visit apart, however, was the extraordinary hospitality. Even though one member of our party was running very late, we were NEVER asked to wait outside until our full party arrived. We were seated regardless and were NEVER rushed to order and NEVER asked when our final member of our partybwould be arriving. The staff was incredibly gracious. Our servers were remarkably polite and attentive, displaying a level of intuition you rarely see—water and drinks were refilled the very moment the last sip was taken, without us ever having to ask. ​The culinary experience was just as flawless as the service. I started with the mango tamarind cocktail which was a delicious balance of sweet and tangy, and easily one of the highlights of the night. The lemonade and mint tamarid cocktail were also very tasteful. Every dish that followed was served to perfection, bursting with authentic flavors and prepared with obvious care. It is rare to find a restaurant that balances such a high caliber of food with a warm, welcoming environment where you feel like a truly valued guest. The Mint Room is a must-visit for anyone craving incredible Indian cuisine and top-tier service

Savoring the rich flavors of a decadent Indian buffet today! So many choices and everything was amazing! But I’m especially thrilled that my favorite curried goat was exceptionally good—packed with flavor and worth every single nibble YUMMMM! Great food, great service, and always a great time!

Stopped at the Mint Room in Ellicott City. Been too long away! We entered the restaurant as soon as the doors opened for lunch on a Sunday. Wow! What a site! Smiling staff! Beautiful decorations! Budget presented magnificently. The meal was delicious and left my mouth tingling and singing! I will not wait so long again.

We came here for my mother in laws birthday and everything was perfect! The service was amazing and they were so accommodating with my children. The food was also amazing! Loved the noodles too!! Everyone was so kind and helpful and my in laws loved it. I also like that they ask you from a 1-10 scale how spicy you want it, was very helpful because everyone wanted different levels. The portions were also very generous. Will definitely be back!

It was our first time trying the Mint Room and we were immediately greeted by staff as we walked in. They have plenty of seating available and the decor is really nice. Despite us arriving within 2 hours of closing time, we received exceptional service. William was our server and made sure to consistently check in on us and made recommendations. The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the Punjabi Chicken Curry spice level 6 and garlic naan. The food did not disappoint! William told us about the buffet and we will definitely be back so we can enjoy multiple delicious. If you’re looking for great Indian food with the excellent service, then this is the place for you!

Wow! The Mint Room was recommended to me by a charming Indian family in the neighborhood. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable—even though I didn’t realize I would be walking into a palace. Hungry and tired, I just wanted to enjoy a meal by myself at the bar. And I’m so glad I did! The ambiance is calming, modern, and creative. The music is noticeably pleasant. I’ll be back—an experience best shared with friends and family but don’t be intimated to adventure alone. Also, I noticed they do quite a lot of takeout and have lovely branded bags!

This is a must eat!! We had the best experience. Fine dining without fine dining pricing. Service was impeccable! Staff was very attentive, offered amazing suggestions, and even took the time to teach us how to eat one of the foods. I was beyond grateful for the lesson! I would have missed the joy of the meal. Every single dish we ordered was our favorite. And since we were stuffed, naturally we also ordered the tres leche dessert. It did not disappoint!!!! This is our new go-to Indian food restaurant. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Full bar. Buffet. I’m already looking forward to the next time we go.
